(Printer Friendly Surgery Instructions)
In order to provide the best care possible, please follow these instructions:
1. Please do not feed your pet after 12 midnight if they have a surgical appointment. Allow access to water at all times.
2. Bring your dog on a leash or your cat in a cat carrier to the scheduled location at 8:30, seperate carriers are preferred for multiple cat appointments. If you do not have a cat carrier you can purchase a cardboard carrier from us or possibly borrow one from your local animal shelter.
3. Payment is due at drop-off and must be brought in CASH. We unfortunately can not accept checks or credit cards.
4. If your pet is current on vaccines it is mandatory that you bring a current Rabies certificate, we can not accept a rabies tag as proof, and proof of distemper from your current veterinarian. If we do not have written proof at the time of the appointment we are required to re-vaccinate your pet.
5. We will notify you of pick-up when you drop your pet off. Pick-up usually ranges from 3:00 - 4:30 or 4:00 - 5:00 the same day depending on our surgery schedule.
6. If you need to cancel or reschedule please call 48 hours in advance so that we can give your surgery slot to someone else
In order for this process to run as smoothly as possible we ask that you please adhere to the above schedule and we thank you ahead of time for your cooperation.
Thank You.
